Four Layers That Decide Performance

Every Yaxing cable is engineered layer by layer. Each layer is selected against the operating voltage, temperature class and environment of your project.

1 Conductor

Oxygen-free copper or aluminium, stranded to IEC 60228 Class 1, 2, 5 or 6 to set flexibility and current capacity.

2 Insulation

XLPE, PVC, EPR or silicone chosen by temperature class and voltage; XLPE for MV and heat, PVC for general LV, EPR and silicone for flexibility and high temperature.

3 Shielding

Copper tape, copper braid or AL/PET foil for EMC and, on MV cable, a semi-conductive screen for uniform field control.

4 Sheath

PVC, LSZH or PE outer jacket for mechanical protection, flame retardance and resistance to UV, oil and moisture.
